# Leveraged Trading

*The below paragraphs describe the workings and concept behind Polyliquid's Leverage Trading markets. Note that the Leverage Trading capabilities are set to launch in December 2025 after sufficient base USDC is staked in the PLL Vault. Please refer to this Whitepaper and official Social Media accounts for updates.*\
\
Enabled by the Polyliquid Liquidity Provider (PLL) Vault, Polyliquid offers investors the unique posibility to trade Prediction Markets with leverage. Simply head over to the Trading Terminal to get started with Leverage Trading.\
\
If a certain event is eligible for Leveraged trading, simply select the 'Leverage' button indicated by the yellow box next to the event. Once clicked, your buy/sell menu changes to select leverage and the Order Book updates accordingly.\
\
Please note that Leveraged markets can be highly volatile, especially shortly after we introduce this concept and liquidity is still low. We are not liable for any losses incurred through leveraged trading because of large price swings and do not encourage users to trade with high leverage.\
\
While trading Spot (i.e. unleveraged) markets using Polyliquid is free, we charge a small fee on leveraged bets. The details of these upcoming fees are explained in [the next chapter.](/polyliquid-docs/getting-started/fees-and-revenue-flywheel.md)
